A seasoned expert, Mr. Yang Chor Leong (CL Yang) serves as the President of the Malaysian Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management.
He has been pivotal in expanding educational initiatives, international alliances, and the prestige of the procurement profession.
Key Milestones: - solidified various affiliations as the ONLY Corporate Member of IFPSM in the country. - Acted as a senior delegate at major global summits such as the IFPSM Regional Board in Shenzhen, China, back in 2015.
Elite Recognition: - Recipient of the venerable Lewis E. Spangler Award from IFPSM, 2014. - earned the elite Certified Logistics & Supply Professional – Asia Pacific (CLSP‑AP) status in late 2014.
